The consultation document calls for views on the promotion, development,and deployment of CCS in the UK, EU and worldwide. The four shortlisted companies –BP Alternative Energy, Eon UK, Peel Power,and Scottish Power Generation – will now frame their views on the technical,commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of the CCS demonstration project, which the government wants operational by 2014.
