Transforming Utility Performance 2008

Leamington Spa, 12 November 2008 (09:00 - 17:00)

This fourth annual strategic change and performance improvement Seminar brings together a wide range of approaches to and experiences of strategic change across water, power and gas sectors.

It will focus on lessons that major utilities and their service suppliers have learned from the many strategic change projects implemented in the past year.

Utilities need to plan for further major transformation to cope with continuing cost pressures, regulatory change, climate issues and new sources of supply as well as changing customer needs. This seminar provides a perfect opportunity to hear, learn and debate not only the issues which have influenced the direction particular companies have taken, but also the factors which will determine the challenges facing them in the future.
