From North

From the M40 Southbound, exit Junction 14 to Leamington Spa (A452).  Follow the signs to the Town Centre. 

 *This will bring you straight over four large roundabouts and turn right at the 4th roundabout.  You will pass the railway station (on Left), at the traffic lights turn Left.

Go under the railway bridge to a T-junction, turn Right into Spencer Street.

Turn Left at the bottom of Spencer Street, this will take you on to The Parade.

Go up the Parade, past the Pump Rooms (on left), across traffic lights and two roundabouts. 

At pedestrian crossing with traffic lights (Pizza Hut on Left and statue of Queen Victoria slightly ahead on Right) turn Right up Regent Grove.  This is a one-way street.

Go to the top of the one-way system and swing back round the other side.  Go over the pedestrian crossing and past Newbold Street on your left.

The SBGI Offices are in the centre Georgian building.

From South

From the M40 Northbound, exit Junction 13 to Leamington Spa (A452).  Turn Right at top of slip road.  Follow the signs to the Town Centre . 

Follow * as above for from the North


From A46  and Coventry

Follow signs to Leamington Spa (A452) Town Centre.

At the end of the road turn Right and then first Left down The Parade.

Drive down The Parade at 3rd traffic light (pedestrian crossing) after statue of Queen Victoria (on Left) turn Left up Regent Grove.  This is a one-way street.

Goto the top of the one-way system and swing back round the other side.  Go over the pedestrian crossing and past Newbold Street on your left.

The SBGI Offices are in the centre Georgian building.
