Customer / Installer Services

HHIC provides a wide range of high quality services to its members as detailed in the Membership Services section of this website but you do not have to be a member to benefit.  We also provide services to the wider industry, installers and customers who are not members:

  • Accurate and impartial information promoting the latest developments in the domestic heating and hot water industry.  We do this through public relations activities, leaflets, exhibitions and regular features in Heating, Ventilating and Plumbing (HVP) and Heating and Plumbing Monthly (HPM).
  • A dedicated customer / installer website.  We aim to inform customers and keep installers up to date on issues such as changes to Building Regulations, training and competency and industry initiatives. 
  • Products for purchase including the Domestic Heating Design Guide and HHIC's Heat Loss Calculator
  • Benchmark; HHIC's nationally-recognised industry scheme promoting best practice in the installation, commissioning and servicing of domestic heating and hot water systems.
