As the principal representative body for organisations that install and/or service heating and hot water products and systems in the UK, this group discusses issues and acts to develop the installation and servicing markets. Typical issues include influencing key decision makers in Government, the EU and other relevant organisations, facilitating new technical and commercial developments and raising quality and competence to enhance the reputation of the sector.
