HHIC Board


The HHIC Board meets quarterly to provide the overall steer for the Division. The Board is responsible for business planning, setting budgets and subscription rates, governance and representing HHIC externally.

Terms of Reference

The HHIC Board comprises the HHIC Chairman plus the Chairman of each Member Group; representatives of the five organisations which provide the largest financial contribution; additional co-opted members.
